SEC Expands on “Smaller Reporting Companies” Eligible for Scaled Disclosure

The SEC announced that it has voted to amend the definition of “smaller reporting company,” or “SRC,” expanding the population of companies that qualify for a range of scaled (reduced) disclosure requirements.
